We currently offer 2 types of service plans aimed at providing you with 25% discounts off on most of our standard service rates along with flexible service and payment options when submitting service requests.

NOTE: All pricing plans are per computer/laptop and have a 1-year minimum commitment and automatically renews after the first year and converts to an ongoing month-to-month commitment until cancelled by either party. You will have the option to pay monthly, quarterly or annually for your plan.

Plan 1 – Basic
This plan offers service discounts on all general support request services “except” pickup & delivery fees, onsite consulting, tutorial or training services and emergency support service requests.
Features include:

- First 15 minutes free on remote support
- First 15 minutes free phone consulting
Plan 2 – Plus
This plan offers service discounts on all general support request services “except” pickup & delivery fees, onsite consulting, tutorial or training services and emergency support service requests.
Features include:
- 25% discount on standard service rates
- Priority appointment scheduling
- First 30 minutes free on remote support
- First 30 minutes free phone consulting
- Computer monitoring
- Proactive alerts when problems are detected
- Shared Norton security software license (optional)
Online Data Backup Plan
This plan offers remote online data backup service to clients that do not wish to manage their own data backup process. We assist with the overall configuration and receive alerts through the software used for automating the backups.
Features include:
- Flexible backup intervals
- Alerts for failed backups
- Free data restoration for deleted files
- Free software troubleshooting
- Free software configuration & adjustments
