Scheduling a depot support request is done in 3 easy steps:
- Select your appointment date/time
- Submit your initial payment for the service fee
- Drop off your computer to us at our location
We also offer a pickup/delivery option for this service at an additional flat rate of $30.00 round trip, if desired.
BILLING POLICY: The service fee is based on a 15-minute minimum at our standard billable rate for the depot service time to diagnose and/or resolve the problem(s) reported at the time of your request; or a flat rate fee based on what specific task(s) are needed to resolve your problem(s) reported. The flat rate fees are prorated at a discount based on the average time it takes to resolve the problem(s) reported. If the problem creates an additional billing situation, we will contact you for approval and receive payment to complete the work. We will use the same payment method to process any additional service charges, unless another payment method is provided by the client during the time of service. Any declined transactions after services are completed may result in an additional administrative fee of $25.00, if the client has not provided us with another payment method within the same date of the attempted processing. By submitting an appointment and payment from this option, you understand and agree to our terms of service statement regarding our service and billing policy.
