Experiencing errors while using your computer can be quite annoying. However, there are two types of problems associated with windows errors that you should be made aware of for starters.

The first type is a booting issue whereby your computer fails to load the windows operating system to a point where you cannot login to your user profile to use the computer. The second type is a user-based error whereby you are in the middle of using the computer and errors pop up to indicate there is a problem using one of the software modules or applications within the windows operating system.

Regardless of which type of error you are experiencing, we’ve got you covered for how to resolve the issue(s). In most cases, there are configuration adjustments that will resolve most error related problems. However, in some cases a fresh reinstall of the operating system is the best solution.

NOTE: This type of problem requires a minimum of 15 minutes to research the error and determine a possible quick solution to resolve the problem whether performed remotely or onsite at your location. Billing for this service will be an initial 15-minute minimum remotely or 30-minute minimum onsite. Additional time beyond the minimums will be billed in 15 minute increments to continue the service event. If a reinstallation of windows is necessary to resolve the problem, an estimate for performing that task will be provided to you and once approved and paid we will complete the work.
