When using applications, there might be instances that you receive error messages that suggest there is a problem with the program itself; or your attempts to use a feature is not working properly.
We will assist you with your problem by researching the error and possibly working as 3rd party support with the application developer’s support team by phone on your behalf.
Before contacting use for a support call or visit, you should consider updating or uninstalling and reinstalling your application software, if possible, to see if the problem has resolved itself.
IMPORTANT: If you are using a database type of application, please save your work and attempt to backup your database prior to attempting to resolve errors or reinstalling your application. We are not responsible for any lost data as a result of resolving application errors.
NOTE: This type of problem is usually requires a minimum of 15 minutes to research and resolve whether performed remotely or onsite at your location. Billing for this service will be an initial 15-minute minimum remotely or 30-minute minimum onsite. Additional time beyond the minimums will be billed in 15 minute increments to continue the service event.
