NOTE: We offer this service to our clients M-F up to 9:30am to 9:30pm for remote calls and 10am to 6pm arrival time for onsite visits based on technician availability. All requests will be responded to by phone within 1 business hour from the time your payment and/or message is received to confirm your appointment with the technician. If your request is submitted on the weekend or holiday, we will contact you no later than 9:30am the next business day. If this is an onsite request for support, we will arrange an onsite visit within 2 business hours from the time we have established direct contact with you. Our calendaring options will provide you with the earliest available time slot for your request.
If you have not received a call from us after the maximum 1 hour response time, feel free to contact us by phone at 877-577-2848 and press option 1 to leave a voice message stating your problem with a good callback number to reach you.
IMPORTANT: To use this level of service, the rate is 1.5x the minimums of standard service rates per instance for the first 15 minutes remotely or first 30 minutes onsite. All time worked beyond the minimums will be billed in 15 minute increments at our standard rates. If this is an onsite request and your location is outside of our coverage area, your payment will be voided in our system and your credit card will not be charged. However, the initial hold will take up to 5 business days to be removed from your account pending transactions.
NOTE: Your request will not be accepted if the minimum service fee has not been paid. We will void the scheduled appointment in our calendar and you must resubmit your request along with payment to be confirmed. If for whatever reason you no longer need this service after you’ve confirmed and paid for your request, you will be issued a service credit towards any future services needed. This is per our “no refund” policy.
